Daniel Joe is a talented singer-songwriter from the UK capital of London. The soulful vocalist began singing and performing over 10 years ago and has been inspired by Michael Jackson, Prince, Chico Debarge, D’angelo, Rashaan Patterson and Eric Benet, to name a few! With such profound musical influences it is easy to see why Daniel’s favourite style and period of music are the mid to late 70’s and early 80’s funk and soul.
Daniel first began singing as a solo act, and then quickly moved on to singing in a number of groups, including a collaborative project with his brother Marquis. The duo formed a group several years ago called ‘KaseKlosed’ and won a record contract. This experience has proved invaluable to Daniel. Now, as a solo artist Daniel is immersed in musical projects such as, recording the vocals for the 23 Deluxe Bassline Cover of the KC and Jojo track, “Tell me that it’s real” – released august 2008.
Managed by Nubeous Management, Daniel Joe is produced by the ultra talented Carlmb, alongside fellow stable mate and collaborator Hip Hop Artist Young Flames. With the passion, talent and his distinctive vocals that move smoothly between silky falsetto and dulcet tones, Daniel Joe is an exceptional artist who stands out from the crowd and promises to deliver neo classic soul with a unique UK sound.
