An experienced recording artist Flames is also the CEO of I.D.B (International Dope Boy) entertainment. Dope Boy has duel meaning in the case of I.D.B as a company and the personal past of Flames. Dope being the same slang term as cool, fly, ill etc. leading to the birth of the name International Dope Boy. Young Flames has worked with several producers and made appearances and performances both in the UK and USA in 2004-2006.
He is currently working on a couple of commercial tracks, with one of these tracks we are hopeful of being lined up for video representation for Television exposure on AKA cable channel (formerly Channel U). With I.D.B working alongside production team and collaborator Carlmb, the video looks set to be a huge success.
An accomplished performer, Flames is just as much at ease on the stage as he is in the recording studio. Recently performing at the Our Lady of Lourdes Caribbean day carnival in North London, performing alongside outstanding R&B vocalist Haynzy, both Haynzy and Flames’ PA was a hit with the crowd.
